I'm just really confused by the video. As near as I can tell Orszag has been my favorite of all of Obama's appointees (I like Gates a lot too, but he was a Bush appointee before I don't think he quite counts). I haven't heard much by way of criticism and this seems er over the top.
On the other hand the guy singing did have a decent voice.

Generally speaking, its safe to assume that if the heckler is singing, its a Larouchite. They started doing the singing thing during the 2008 primary- the primary that lasted for almost 2 years in NH - and seemed even longer, thanks to singing Larouchites.

The same as it would if he claimed he was a Teabagger or Paulian, or Conservative. Only a hair-width's difference now-a-days.

Naw. Sorry. Disagree. To equate singing in that manner would equate it to some sort of habitual talent. Sorry, whether it's the Teabaggers or Lauruchites, .... very little talent in that form. Not unheard of. But rare.

I beg to disagree. I worked for a presidential candidate in 2007, in NH, the home of the first in the nation primary. I went to a zillion political events of all kinds - and for a while, every event was interrupted by singing Larouchites. There was a Larouchite 4 part harmony group around for about a month. They sang well enough that people at first assumed it was a group that was somehow part of the program - until it happened enough times that anyone bursting into song got quickly shown the door.

Oh, yes. I'm aware of Larouchite barbershop quartets. I just never knew that anyone actually considered them talented in any way, shape or form.

Compared to say....ME...they're hugely talented singers. I'm not sure how "sang well enough" equates to talented, but you do seem determined to shoehorn that adjective in somehow.
